Anonymous1: Although I can see plenty of improvement in the details and overall style, I kinda prefer the first one you did.
Perhaps it's the face. This one has a bit of Family Guy going.
Anyway, still improvement. I'm not sure about some of that shadowing, and as mentioned I don't care for the face, but nicely done all the same.

Disclaimer: I can't draw anything except blueprints. On a more artistic front, all I do is some 3D. That's made me somewhat attentive to shadows, shading, number and placement of light sources, etc.
I really should stress that it's not bad. Better than most you see here, and clearly thought has been put into it. The most noticeable error is the collar. I simply can't get that highlight to fit. There's a few iffy spots with her hair, and a few minor "it could be better" parts here and there, but I might easily have missed it if not for that highlight in the center of the picture.
